For items directly purchased from Importantia Publishing, the following procedures apply to their  return:

1. Prior to a return, you must specify the desired method of return, using this website’s contact form
2. A return must take place within 14 days of the item’s receipt
3. In response to your specification via the contact form, you will receive more detailed documentation    and a returns address
4. The item must be unused and in its original condition
5. The to-be-returned item should be stamped with sufficient postage for the given address
6. Upon receipt of the item, the item’s purchase price (less shipping charges) will be paid back within 14 days.

Should you return the items to our business address, please be aware that these items often do not arrive. Local conditions make the receipt of goods at these premises difficult. Always send returns to the specific address assigned to you in response to your returns request.

Should you have bought an item via another webshop (whether you were referred to them via this website or not), returns should be arranged with that webshop.
